Piss right fucking off with that comparison. Bellingham got lucky, Sergio stayed on his feet kept his composure in the height of highest pressure and was ice fucking clinical cold to win us the league. Don’t ever mention them in the same breath because Bellingham isn’t fit to lace Sergio’s boots.
Agreed but Sergio admitted that he was aiming at the far post. In the 93.20 video he describes what when thru his mind as he received the pass from Mario. He considered every possibility in about 3 seconds: go for a penalty, shoot, pass etc etc. Then it was ‘ok, head down and whack it’. Just a great moment.
