Away tickets and points?

Indeed.

My Dad has easily been to more City games than me in his life but I’ve got about double the amount of loyalty points as he has.

My Grandad was going to watch City in the 1940s yet has ZERO loyalty points as he hasn’t gone much this century and doesn’t have a supporter number.

Just because I was an the right age at the right time when I started going home and away regularly when points first came in, doesn’t mean I’m more worthy of tickets for United and Liverpool away than my Dad and Grandad.
Conversely a younger supporter who wants to start going to away games shouldn’t have the drawbridge raised on him for the big games irrespective of how many of the less attractive games he attends, as is now the case. Having an 18-25 category is fine, but once somebody turns 26 it’s game over.

A weighted ballot is the right thing to do.

You can be on 18k 18-25 and miss out to those on zero points.

If we had a different points system for a younger allocation okay, but not a free for all that was introduced.

Those fans who chose to stop going coincidentally when points were introduced can't complain, most are bullshitters.

With fewer and fewer tickets being allocated to points, people with ideas should target the other 1,800 tickets.

At 64 and 72 my brother and I have all the points we ever need.

I think we should be able to leave them to someone when we pop off. Keep em in the family like.

They do that at United. You can change the name on a season ticket account to a son/daughter. City don’t allow us to do that.
