I will ask the Club, now that I'm aware of it. Seems a bit odd that we have site/systems that are so inflexible. Besides which they could easily have put some "News" out saying call the ticket office?!?

Maybe so but the Club has ticket partners who help them sell tickets so this sort of thing is nothing new.

I think you have misunderstood my point.
The club doesn't need help selling away tickets and if they do end up using faceback then that is a disgrace.
How badly organised is it that they can't set a deadline and stick to it? Also it shows there are a lot of real fans being deprived of tickets while the club wastes them.

Do you think the ticket agencies take on selling Premier and Corporate seats and boxes without guaranteed away tickets?

Good luck. You'll probably get called a bellend. That was his stock response previously to questions about away tickets.It’s a disgrace when there are lots of seats empty for a sold out game.
If I bump into PB on Saturday, I will ask him to raise this issue.
