Definitely a good decision to play him today. We can ease him into the team now.

His passing was exceptional and he isn't afraid to run forward with the ball.

There was one moment of communication mix up with Zinchenko but that's hardly surprising. Other than that showed what he'll bring. Often it doesn't work out when people say stuff like "Stones + Laporte as our defensive pair for next 10 years" but in this case it's a guarantee.
