I'm not so sure he has pace or his tackling are upto the standard we require, at the moment. Tackling he can improve on but if he lacks pace & we play a high back line which Pep surely will does that not mean he will be exposed?

He is about as fast as Kompany. I think that's enough pace. Mangala is perhaps faster. Didn't time either or nothing like that, but he is not slow.
