Because Ba is a striker and we have 4

Not if we sell that shit house mario!

That wasn't your original point though

My point was that we have bought utter utter shite in the last window, and that we need to invest in some quality, and i think BA at £7 is a snip compared to what we have paid for a couple of wankers, such as Sinclair!

The above is very harsh on Sinclair,he was never recruited to be an automatic pick, however, neither has he had good opportunity to prove his worth...... A strange signing but he isn't a 'wanker'.

As for Ba's dodgy knees,well,30 odd goals later.......

I was just pointing out why the bigger clubs have stayed clear of him despite the fact he is obviously very good
As for Churchill im not sure why Sinclair is a wanker mate he hasn't even had enough time to prove himself either way

Demba Ba a Risk? Mario's the real risk here. Never know when he's going to throw a tantrum and get sent off. Too inconsistent and is salvaged by brief moments of magic. I'd say strike while the iron is hot and ship him off abroad this Jan. However Mancini just seems adamant with him no matter what he does. Ba seems like the type of 'Fox in the Box' types we so desperately need and doesn't come bundled with all the extra baggage Balo does.

mancini must to understand at one point if he don't get rid of mario he will lose his job thanks to mario...i said before in this thread...sell mario and dzeko for 40m and buy ba and llorente for 7m is no brainer..

what about if we sell mario in jan and sign this guy by pay his 7m buyout-clause and send guidetti on loan at them???? will be a good deal for both, us and newcastle

Newcastle play a system perfect for Ba, that is why he scored goals regularly.

We don't play 'long ball' so to speak, if we did Dzeko would be bagging goals every week.

True,he is a focal point, however,i believe he has more in his locker than Dzeko - speed, aggression and awareness for a start.

He is one of those players that always worries me through his energy, strength and capability - a real handful today.

Ba is much better player than Dzeko and Balotelli, 7m would be no brainer. Not sure how he'd feel knowing that competition is much harder at City, Newcastle had to change working system and failed to make results to play him centrally and make him happy.

But it would be just our luck for all those failed medicals to come home to roost before he gets past the main gates at Carrington.

From watching the Newcastle game last week, BA and Cisse can't/don't play very well together, both are great players but they don't link very well with each other..

One the lads in my office recons Ba is going to Arsenal anyway.. something about he's said it would be a child hood dream of his come true..

Both of them want to play central role, last season it was Cisse while Ba was operating on the left = Cisse was scoring for fun and Newcastle had results.

Ba didn't liked it and forced Pardew to move him centrally = he is scoring for fun but Newcastle are in relegation battle.

Is he? How many he scored this year?
