Bad neighbours

If you have spoken with them about it and it's still going on you need to go straight to the landlord. They will be on a 12 month starter tenancy which means it is relatively easy to take action and, if necessary, evict by serving a section 21 notice. They can also have their music system seized by Environmental Health officers working with the landlord if it persists.

Keep a diary of the noise and report it each time.

contact the environmental health, they'll contact them anonymously, it will then be on record and if another complaint is made within 12 months they'll probably offer to install equipment to pursue them down the legal channels.

To the OP: your neighbour doesn't seem that bad from what info you've given.

We had a complete scrote of a neighbour recently.
I went online and found a service that for £3 gave me a detailed file on the ownership of the house he was letting.

I emailed the owner of his house, listing everything that had occurred and within a few months he had moved out.
The owner had a lettings agency managing the property for him and was informed that this particular house was in fact being let by this scrotes Mother (who never lived there)

Can't find this website as I'm typing this on Tapatalk but my advice is to try this route as well.
