The thing people have to remember is that his fitness issues come even as a pure rotational player. He hasn't spent much time on the pitch over the last 5 years and he's still never fit.

If he stays fit (and I agree that this is a big "if") he'll have the advantage of being familiar with Pep's system.

Looks like he maybe joining.

Not what I would want but guess a 6 month loan deal to prove himself and fitness is risk free. Hopefully he proves me wrong and is a decent signing.

i dont see a problem with it, we are not paying a fee and will provide cover much like demichelis did when he was here
