Ffs give it a restI'd bet if Brighton had Jacob Wright or McAt they would be playing for them
That’s not all true.I think there is confusion here. Starlizard are using algorithms to analyse stats for gambling purposes. I interviewed there lol.
They are able to apply parts of the data they use to identify things to help Brighton for players but its nothing that CFG won't be using also.
Brighton have had their fair of complete shit also but that gets covered up by the success lets not forget.
The main thing Brighton can offer players like Baleba is a very good structure to come into. Nice place to live, close to London, modern stadium, good training facilities and average to good performances in the league consistently.
What’s the algorithm ? There won’t be one as such different clubs will pick different data to emphasis for different types of player based on different needs. The data won’t be that special either. FM has more data than most on players. CFG will also have more than most as they employ more scouts than most and have scouts looking in a wider area where people do not look as often such as China Bolivia perhaps still to a less extent Japan Australasia America due to having CFG clubs there. That’s not all true.
Starlizard have the best data and algorithms for footy data in the World…by a mile. They recently moved the footy stats arm to a company called Jamestown analytics. You cannot buy their data you have to be invited and it’s one team per country. So far there are only 4 clubs that they work with and even they don’t see how it is done. Hearts are the latest. It was strongly rumoured that Liverpool (who have one of the best data analytics departments in the World) offered Jamestown £50 million to be part of the group and Bloom said no for obvious reasons.
It’s also one thing having the best data but quite another knowing what to do with it and committing to it.
Tony Bloom and Hearts: Recruitment, Jamestown, algorithms, Belgium and vision
Who is Tony Bloom? Hearts Standard spoke to numerous people to find out more.www.heartsstandard.co.uk
I’m guessing that Hearts have to pay Bloom a percentage of any future profit made from player sales.
The Impact Of Jamestown Analytics On World Football
Jamestown Analytics have proven themselves to be one of Football's leading organisations when it comes to player recruitment, as evidence by their work at Brighton. Here we look into their background.jobsinfootball.com
There are departments that know pieces of the algorithm but only Bloom knows the lot. This applies to the betting arm and the player transfer side too.
There is probably only Brentford via Benham that do anything like Brighton do in Word football. It’s not something easy to replicate in fact it’s impossible. If it was then everyone would be winning millions from the Asian betting markets and they aren’t.
To think these guys just have the same run of the mill data and algorithms as everyone else is a complete misunderstanding of what they do.
If you read the articles I posted, and that is your take, then I’m astonished but you are entitled to your opinion. What’s the algorithm ? Also due to the wide variety of clubs in CFG they are looking at a wider range of players the club in Bolivia won’t be look at the same level as City and each club will need different types of players at different times
I believe a few national teams and Bolvian club are using CFG scouting data and training methods.
CFG will employ the scouts and clubs will pay CFG for the scouting so basically what you describe with Brighton

If your post is a Clarke…you got me.
I never said they have the same as everyone else. They have their edge, like lots of other firms do.That’s not all true.
