West Ham's keeper was a COMPLETE twat - every time there was a free kick to them in their half, he took it - but not before dragging his near necrotising corpse to the back of his goal for a drink of water and then dragging it back across the pitch like a snail with a brick nailed to its tail, followed by a ball pickup and spin before finally actually kicking the fucking thing up field - every fucking time he did this
To be fair to him, if we were 2-0 up away from home against someone like Barcelona I'd be urging Joe to do the exact same thing.

This has been annoying me for some time and yesterday highlighted the need to have lads that can do the job properly. .Does anyone else feel the same? Even the players were getting frustrated joe hart ran 50 yards to throw the ball down the line at one point as the ball boy was very slow in getting to the ball.. it was a bit of a double whammy yesterday west ham wasting time and our ball boys doing the same.

Nothing really wrong with anything he did. He was MUCH quicker to bring the ball back into play than Tim Howard or Begovic ever are. I've made a point of watching the clock with those two (and subsecuently many others) and they have taken anything between 40secs and 1min 20secs to take some goal kicks, the WH lad on Saturday was well under 30secs, we were just 2-0 down and being impatient and getting on the refs back. Don't understand why they just don't do in the league what they do in the CL and provide a ball to each ball boy then when the ball goes out of play the ball boy can just hand over the ball already in their possession then they can chase after the one that's gone out of play whilst the game resumes!

It was the great attacking mind of Stuart Pearce that came up with this idea for our home games haha!
