When I started watching City in the mid 60s the only time the players acknowledged the fans after a match was when they paraded a Cup around Wembley or the Championship trophy around Maine Road. The rest of the time they just shook hands with the opposition and headed down the tunnel. All he has to do is perform. His showing against Everton was one of the worst I've seen by a City player for a couple of years. He is a talent and he can be a world beater but he has to show it.
