Because apparently Balotelli songs not being sung with the same gusto is apparently indicative of something whereas I see it as part of a shocking lack of atmosphere. So many songs died on their arse yesterday.
The balotelli song was definitely a half arsed affair which many didn't take up. Not that I'm greatly arsed, but to me it showed a cooling of feeling from a section of the ground who are the most supportive of everyone. This, combined with the booing many heard, illustrates that many city fans are fed up of him. It can change. Tevez is the best example of course. I whilst I think mario is a headcase, I rate him as a player, and feel it was unfair he was painted as the bad guy this week. But if you're going to do shit like take the club to court then that's going to happen.

I'll still be amazed if he's here at the end of January. But if he is I won't be bothered.
It doesn't surprise me in the least that you're trying to lecture me on how the Singing Section feels even though I'm part of it, and you're not.
PMSL. Someone's got out the wrong side of bed this morning.

Have a coffee and a bacon butty mate. Life won't seem that bad.

Joey Barton when he handed in a transfer request was the worst booing I remember

Yeah, but didn't he score a brilliant goal against Charlton, in same game, I think?

The crowd were certainly cheering him after that.

As the people booing Mario would have been if he had scored yesterday.
Course they would mate. Tevez is the classic example of the pantomime fickleness of football fans. I don't remember Barton scoring that night but I remember emotions running quite high.

Yeah, think he scored a cracking 30 yarder towards the North Stand.

You're righy, of course, about the fickleness of football fans and even the Mario supporters will forget about him and find a new hero when he does eventually move on.

Re Barton. I actually fully supported Barton's stance on a new deal at the time.

He had easily been our best player for over 12 months and was still on low monies.

Just pointing out your arrogance as usual. You think you know better than everyone. You think you know which songs died on their arse even though you're nowhere that section of the ground. You even have the temerity to lecture someone who is.

Not that I'm pedantic or anything, but the booing was in the game against Newcastle (He had a stormer and set up Riera, got a standing ovation when he was subbed off), and the screamer was against Charlton after he said he didn't want to leave.

:)

Sky sports this morning are saying that according to Mario's 'friends' he has said he want's to leave City and go to Milan. Fuck me Sky must have their reporters spending too much time reading this site.

I've noticed that you use the word "monies" quite often. It now means that when I see your posts, in my mind's eye you look like this.

I'd sooner someone issue you two with a brain cell that you can share between you so that Dave can figure out that although songs he did hear may have died on their arse, many died on their arse so badly they never made it to his ears in the first place. I think City fans are falling out with 'Blue Moon' if yesterday is anything to go by. Took about five or six attempts to get one decent one.
