Balotelli hype galore. Average at best tonight.

Leave it out, fella. He has done well considering he has been feeding on scraps. On an individual basis, how many Italians have played better tonight.

He may sometimes play like he doesn't have a brain but he has undeniable quality.

It's getting like RAWK on here, players have god like status and cannot be criticised.

He's a striker and has been very wasteful tonight.

He had poor service and missed a strike partner. He was losing interest toward the end of the game. Italy's defenders invited pressure and paid the price, they were poor really.

I know he's a City player, and I've tried, I really have tried, but I'd sell him in the morning with nothing but a slap across the back of the heard, as you would have gotten 10 years ago, never mind a hand shake.

A disgraceful attitude he has to the game, and they use age as an excuse? He's nearly 22 years old, he's had more disgraceful moments than positive ones for us, and has been labled uncoachable by apparently one of the best coaches in the world.

What he does with Italy, I couldn't give a shit, but please don't disgrace City..again.

Between him and Tevez we've been made look like a joke over and over again, and made Mancini look like a manager anybody can walk on, and I genuinely don't know how anyone could have welcomed them both back with open arms.

That boy needs to learn and learn fast.

Thank fuck you have fuck all to do with the decision making at City then.

A disgraceful attitude he has to the game How?!, and they use age as an excuse? It's not an excuse, it's an actual fact, he is 21 whether you like it or not. He's nearly 22 years old, he's had more disgraceful moments than positive ones for us, absolute rubbish and 17 goals last season proves just that and has been labled uncoachable by apparently one of the best coaches in the world. One of the best coaches with the biggest ego to match too, no wonder they couldn't get along. He's also been praised highly by some of the best coaches and players in the world

What he does with Italy, I couldn't give a shit, to be fair i doubt he gives a shit whether you give a shit. but please don't disgrace City..again he wasn't a disgrace when he was setting up the goal that won City the title.

Between him and Tevez we've been made look like a joke over and over again you obviously care too much for the media, and made Mancini look like a manager anybody can walk on, and I genuinely don't know how anyone could have welcomed them both back with open arms. Nothing, i mean absolutely nothing Balotelli has done at City will ever surpass fucking off in the middle of the season because you won't apologise for being in the wrong so it's ridiculous to lump them together the way you have.

That boy needs to learn and learn fast.

Don't dare to criticise or the angry mob will round on you. The way I look at it; we started the season brillantly without him, ended the season brillantly without him and had a circus inbetween.

Oh really? Did you miss the ubiquitous videos of the last few minutes or are you having a laugh?

Balotelli is a rough Kohinoor, who is being cut every day by one of the best cutters in the business. Time will tell whether the cutter is successful in getting the most brilliance from the diamond, or whether the diamond will fail us and shatter, even in the hands of an experienced diamantaire.

Mario has a season with a Championship winning team to prove his brilliance and dazzle us all with his genius. Whether he will or not is up to him!
