Don't dare to criticise or the angry mob will round on you. The way I look at it; we started the season brillantly without him, ended the season brillantly without him and had a circus inbetween.

Oh really? Did you miss the ubiquitous videos of the last few minutes or are you having a laugh?

Balotelli is a rough Kohinoor, who is being cut every day by one of the best cutters in the business. Time will tell whether the cutter is successful in getting the most brilliance from the diamond, or whether the diamond will fail us and shatter, even in the hands of an experienced diamantaire.

Mario has a season with a Championship winning team to prove his brilliance and dazzle us all with his genius. Whether he will or not is up to him!

Smoke and Mirrors my friend. The best thing that happened to City towards the end of the season was Balo's suspension. The team came together without him and look what happened.

I like the guy and i'll give you the lay off to Aguero but he's damaged goods and no good for team spirit.

Helped us win the league.

And very nearly lost it for us too! The feeling towards Balotelli from certain team mates ala Joe Hart, Vincent Kompany after the sending off against Arsenal apparent.

The kid has it all but I predict after another indifferent season with the blues he will be moved on. Hopefully I'm wrong!

I was refering to the part where you said, "we ended the season brilliantlty without him". We didn't, he was actually on the pitch, setting up the winning goal as we ended the season, brilliantly.

I hope he does well. If the Italians don't want him, come over to the USA. We'll give him pass in second.

Hasn't Mario just picked up a knock in training?
Yes, but it is all ok from what i can read around the web.

Ahh good I had just come on this thread to find out.

I hope he has a great time at the euro's, leading the line for his country will be a massive experience for him considering how hard he had to work to actually be allowed to represent italy.

Balotelli show in the first day of training in Poland, he scored a hattrick in the training session match.

Interesting.. he decided to use his real parents surname on this UEFA tournament too..

Italian FA list for UEFA EURO has Mario Baruwah Balotelli on it.

I'm fairly sure that is his full name on official documents, it's just that he's asked for both family names to appear on the back of his Italy shirt for the Euros.
