Balotelli - take note...

I felt a bit sorry for him tonight, he looked genuinely gutted he wasn't part of it. I don't think he is as hard as he makes out, hopefully this extra competition will be part of his growing up.

this aint a have a go exercise. Many of us have had to rcve a kick up the arse in our lives, and we are so desperate for the lad to fulfill his potential that this is one of those moments of hope that we hope balo has had his.

This ain't an anti-Balo thread. Anything but.

More of a 'lightbulb' moment thread.

Nothing I want more than balotelli going out onto the pitch doing nothing more than showing the world just what he can do.

Kun has just showed him no matter what the pricetag and associated hype, what's really important.

Game on boys and let's enjoy the attention at work tomorrow...

Exactly. I needed several kicks in my lifetime.

Not having a go at Mario. It's just that Aguero looked desperate to impress, he played with the focus of a cup final.

Mario, if he takes the opportunity, can learn loads from him.

I thought it would have beem a good time to bring him on at the end, but i guess Bobby was making a point to him. I just hope he takes it all on board, and realises what he could be part of cause i think the guy is class.

Loved his tee shirt.

It said " I LOVE MCR" (Aguero also had one on) he had written CITY underneath in pen.

Quality, got to love him.

I loved this, absolutely brilliant.

Agree with the OP btw.

If that was what it took to give Balo the proper kick up the arse he needed to fulfill his potential, all I can say is watch the **** out Barclays Premier League. If he gets as good as he can be alongside the talent in our squad it's a truly scary prospect.

are people reading this thread properly? he isn't having a go at mario he wants him to get his head down and play the best to his abilty as we all know. I do hope after watching how quick Aguero has started and fans love him(for on pitch) mario copys him and starts being quality(on pitch)
