Balotelli - take note...

One thing is for sure,Balo is after watching that performance and the next opportunity he gets,he'll murder some team.

I can see wat op is saying, just take note young'un...work hard and your'll get the awards!

we can all see he doesnt work hard enough!

nobody is doubting his ability!

Thanks for the new desktop background!

As people have mentioned I hope this can be the 'lightbulb' moment for Balo, if he took note of Aguero's/Tevez'/Dzeko's workrate then he could be an even better all-round player and fulfill all this potential that is talked about.

With Aguero seemingly landing on his feet, Dzeko now finding his shooting boots and gaining in confidence and it becoming increasingly likely that Tevez will be staying for a while - all that's missing is a happy, scoring Mario.

Very happy with where our squad is at the moment, roll on Bolton!

Kun showed you in 15mins how it's done son.

You've got the world at your feet, now pull your fucking finger out and join us.

That is all...

oh FFS can't some people just ENJOY? Enjoy a superb team performance, and enjoy the best City debut I can remember since Trevor Francis at Stoke? - no lets slag Mario off instead - unnecessary post, that is all

to be fair i back the OP.

balotelli has done alot of moaning.

after tonight he should be worried about playing more often.

he needs to take note and realise it's serious.

nothing wrong with the OP, just stating what's true.

if Mario spends more time on the bench, he will start mouthing off again! only he can stop that and show what he can do on the pitch.

It's not an anti Balotelli thread at all. I echo the OP's sentiments, we all know how good Mario can be and i hope tonight was a lesson that if you want to be involved in this team then buck your ideas up and start performing.

Indeed. Kun showed an urgency to be loved by the supporters.

He did more to gain our affection than Balotelli did all last season.

I pray that Kun can mentor Balotelli and show him that 100% intensity is required at all times, maybe even teach him some tricks.

very true, but affection is very fickle, wait till Kun has a bad game amd we lose. We will drop him like a hot brick, due to his poor attitude and not liking a decent curry. Affection is a strange beast.:)

I bet we don't.

Balo is lucky !! In this team he has now at least two nice guys as concurrents Dzeko and Aguero.
Not backstabbers or primadonas (type Tevez ) but real friends and constructive team players.

That must have a positive impact on him...he will mature ... under the season ..

How easy it is to turn a brilliant debut into a negative slant against Balotelli. Cant people just be happy that we have the 4 of the best strikers in the world at our club.

Unless the penny drops,Mario better get used to the bench as he simply doesn't have the overall game, predominantly down to his application and effort,to compete with the lads that ended the game last night.

The Op makes a valid point.

Yeh im sick of bullshit players who think they're bigger than the team and/or players who perform more off the pitch than on.

Good point , everyone wants Mario to succeed and his name was sung enough last night.

Wish he'd played , I had Mario 4-0.

I just think that Balo has been put on notice. I hope Kun can have a positive influence on how he approaches the game.

it is plain for all to see that not everyone wants Mario to succeed.
if the op wasnt a dig at Mario i would hate to see one that was
luckily for Mario ,RM and the manager of the Italian national team disagree

are people reading this thread properly? he isn't having a go at mario he wants him to get his head down and play the best to his abilty as we all know. I do hope after watching how quick Aguero has started and fans love him(for on pitch) mario copys him and starts being quality(on pitch)

we know what Balo can do,he knows what he can do.

Balo......just do it fella.!!

aguero showed more in that 30 minutes , than balotelli has done since he joined us.

he looked worried on the touchline, and maybe balo will now raise his game, and hopefully the pennies dropped.

iv been critical of balo, but i would LOVE him to come good.

come on mario
