Ancelotti will know him well but there has been no sign (despite the papers being full of it every day) of Chelsea paying top dollar for anyone.
 
he's now 1/20 to join city, chelsea are realy not fancied to sign him at 16/1, utd and arsenal at 25/1

i think we can take it he's a city player at these odds
