Makes sense to wait until Monday, when Mancini and the squad is back in Europe. Plus, how often do we hear deals being announced on a weekend?

This way Balotelli can fly to Manchester and have it official on Monday.

So, the way I see it:
A) The deal is done but won't be official until Monday
B) We do some last-minute negotiation and delay it a couple of days more
