Ridiculous thread lol.

Of course they have to include him in their Super Cup squad (which seems to be their entire squad anyway pretty much!) because if they don't the story is 'Balotelli left out! Must be going to City!' and it's not done/ready to be announced yet clearly.

Utterly ridiculous to say we have decided he is not worth the risk when just a couple of days ago Mancini said he hopes to sign him by Thursday! These things aren't decided when you get up in the morning depending on how you feel - do you really think they don't know exactly what Balotelli is about?

As are the hourly panics about someone nipping in and STEALING HIM!!!!!!

Get a grip ffs ;-)

Balotelli's on-off transfer saga to the Premier League big-spenders has rumbled on for weeks but Inter's move suggests they see him as part of their future.
The teenager, who turns 20 on Thursday, was due to make his Italy bow against Ivory Coast in London on Tuesday night and could now also feature against Atletico Madrid in Monaco on August 27.
The 32-man list, however, is not definitive and can be changed up to 24 hours before kick-off.
Balotelli, who was born to Ghanaian immigrant parents but brought up in an Italian foster family, is regarded by many as Italy's brightest young talent.
But despite breaking into the Inter Milan team at just 17, he struggled to command a regular place under Jose Mourinho over the last two years.
He has suffered racial abuse from the stands while his temperament has been regularly brought into question with Inter willing to let him leave and join former boss Roberto Mancini at Manchester City.

I don't think this is significant, one way or another. It is a 32 man squad, that can be changed, so there is no risk including him, even if it looks like he's off to us.

i'd imagine tomorrow,but like you said this will give us an indication, if he's on the plane no signing,not on the plane he's up for a medical

I know we aren't yet but only because we haven't reached that point yet. You know we will though. Every single window we do it. last January was a joke with Mariga and Gago. It will happen, it always does. Even if we do get Balotelli in sooner, it is still ridiculous. If we need him then why not just get him earlier? Extra time to settle in etc and less chance of it all falling through and leaving us short of quality back up. I don't see any good reason to not get the deals done as early as possible. Rank bad management.

It dont matter if he go's back,he can still sign,he aint gonna be in the team for the 1st couple of games anyway imo.
