Just tried to find it mate, my other half found it on hotUK deals so I logged onto my Sky account last night and signed up for it as I'm out tomorrow and wanted to watch the game on my iphone. I would logg in and see if it's in their as it's only open to current customers of sky and sky sports who have an online account. You sign up and it's free until Jan 1st so you have to remember to cancel it before then or your charged £6 pm. If you have sky but no online account then sign up, it's free and easier to see your account etc and make changes anyway.
Working on my iphone, was watching it yesterday while out. You get sky sports 1, 2, 3, x-tra and sky sport news.

Update: You have to logg in, go to "my tv", then to "sky mobile" and it's on the left of the page. The offer is:
