I think we have gone past the "individuals" like Balotelli, Robinho and Tevez, this squad is exactly that, what appears a more tight-nit and cohesive unit. I can't recall the last training ground bust up, and I think in Balotelli's case, there would have been people that liked him, and probably equally people that were irritated by him. I wouldn't want him back, because there appears to be a big emphasis on the "right" players to join our squad.
I will always like him for that pass, but would prefer to watch him ply his trade abroad.

The problem with him, not just last season, is that he is blessed with a great talent, but sadly, he isn't blessed with the dedication and character to make the most of it.
