Looks like the freezer is being returned once it's been made safe.

Personally think its abit irresponsible to leave it so kids can climb inside

I don't understand why a kid from a council estate tag's something and gets arrested but Banksy is lauded. Its graffiti in both instances.
Dumping a fridge usually gets you fined.
