I agree one law for banksy and one for joe blogs. Here banksy has graffitied on athe side of a house plus fly tipped a freezer that kids could gave climbed inside.

I can only speak for myself but when I did it, it was usually a pic of a face, a cock and the name of one of my teachers.

I assume so and they would need to share bank details etc for payment to be received , which would include some form of authorised check on the account / identity
