Banners - all gone for good?

Well, my pre match routine was thrown into disarray when we heard the Mitchells was closed. We went into the Bank of England...what an absolute sh*thole it is!!! So, after the match went to City square and I was impressed! Post match discussion and highlights whilst having one last drink, then getting home in double quick time because the crowds had gone. City square again for us.

Personally I think a song after we score is a good idea. We should depart from normal convention though and have a different one for each player.

What a great idea. I can see it now. Zabaleta shins one in at the far post after a scramble from a corner, he wheels away in triumph to the theme tune from the Flintstones, followed by a hearty "Yabba Zabba DOOOOOO!!!" over the tannoy by the match announcer. Spine tingling....

All I will say is thank god that Didsbury Dave is not in charge of the club! I think the match day 'experience' that the club is creating is fantastic and I would bet stats around arrival at the ground prove that to be the case.

The fact is that if you are simply there for 90 minutes of football then turn up in your seat 2 minutes before kick off and go and grab a beer and chat to your mates in the concourse at half time.

The innovative approach that the club are taking to make football a family experience and a day out is fantastic. Keep it up City,

Back to the topic however it would be good to know what is happening with the banners.

Those with a problem with it are the grumpy victor meldrews in our support.

The entertainment will be here to stay because the club now cater for families and children and not just those that wanna get pints and turn up with 5 mins to go to sit arms folded all night.

There's a difference between entertainment and build up -- and the sterile box ticking easy format that we are being served up now.

Of course it's either Euro Disney or whippet and flat caps to you.

It does force me to cringe,the Bluemoon before the game,I feel like puking,WTF is that all about.Leeds fans taking the piss summed it up for me.
Not what City is about,being a City fan was not about what some marketing twat called Sebastian decides is good for us.
