depends where you're from. If you're based in England then no, not unless you're willing to pay around £200 per ticket.
If you are you can get them off Ticketmaster/viagogo etc which will all be reliable.

I tried that last year for a couple of mates that were without but they would not sell them to English sounding people. I tried the one near the top of Las Ramblas - perhaps that was some official one that would not sell to CITY fans?
Can anyone advise which blocks the away fans are in so I can but somewhere near that side please.
