Just watched a TV programme on pickpockets and Barcelona featured many times. The message is keep your valuables safe and be on the lookout for these clever buggers - they are full of tricks to distract your attention.

Booked in a hostel just off La Rambla, at £15 a night I couldn't argue. Any idea where the pre match drinks will be? Going on my own so hoping there will be a bar or "roundabout" where everyone will be so I will at least be in blue company.

During the friendly we ended up at the beach bar not far from the port but there is gona be a lot more blues there . I'm in hotel call on the wednesday night. Dodgy looking alley it's down nut it was fairly cheap and it's right near the square where everyone will be on the piss plus it's got early check in and a late check out

Yeh agree does look dodgy but be that many blue's about should be ok. Drop bags off on Tuesday in hotel then speedos on and arm bands on then head for beach bar, Me and my 17yr lad and 4 of his pals all looking after the old timer.
