Unfortunately Tebas is in the clear on this one because the tax advantages and other special treatment were allowed for four clubs only by the Spanish government. UEFA's "case" against us (insofar as they had one) was that we had disguised owner investment as sponsorship. Any case claiming we are state funded would not make it to the starting line, and the claim that this (non-existent) state aid was "discriminatory" would be ... laughable.
I don't think we are too far off Liverpool being given similar status ie state aid and am surprised their fans and compliant media are not lobbying for that to happen.

New president should be announced some point tomorrow at which stage the bullshit stops and the actual policies start. Will be interesting.

I doubt the bullshit will ever stop.

It will only multiply. Not sure what Pep discussed with his buddies in Laporta while golfing and Koeman. Since those meetings, media has been full with rumours of us selling all our players at discount to them
