It has to be. The question is, are they going to do this without the PL clubs and, if so, is it really going to realise the finances that were originally projected. Or do they have assurances from certain PL clubs that they are still up for it regardless of assurances given domestically.

Barca and Madrid believe the english clubs will join because the financial compensation they would have to pay if they didnt, would ruin us. No one has said how much it is alleged to be which is suprising but that is what they are banking on when/if they win the court case
