Barcelona Transfers and Wage Bill

Side note
Anyone know what the dippers wage bill is ?

And let's not forget this (2016):

Spanish football clubs to repay tens of millions in illegal state subsidies

Real Madrid and FC Barcelona among teams Brussels finds guilty of unfair competition after receiving state finance

Note: this was an EU ruling. I don't recall UEFA giving a flying fuck

Perhaps you should've read the articles rather than pat yourself on the back with the headline and then you'd understand what the issues were - for Barcelona it had to do with the inconsistency in EU vs Spanish tax laws (25% vs 30%). Barcelona paid around €5 million in fines over that discrepancy

Would that not be misleading?

Fair play spurs

Yes, and look how many trophies that has got Spurs.

And if Spurs do win the CL, they will have to start paying comparable wages to their CL winning players.

Players like Harry Kane, etc, won’t stay on wages of 100k to 150k each Week, while similar players at other top clubs are earning double and treble that.

Progressive rate, for professional footballers at the top it is 45% - which is why many salaries look exorbitant to facilitate more 'take home cash'

I was always under the impression that it was much lower so gave them an advantage. It’s why ffp doesn’t work when Monaco for example is so low
