Baseless speculation Iheanacho/Bony

I realised Bony have been maligned as though he ain't good but I remember games he played when Aguero wasn't around and he made most of that opportunity and scored to help the team win against Seville away,so I think Pellegrini knows this and he knows Bony has the quality to perform. I think Aguero likes playing alone upfront and it's shows today he doesn't like it when strikers are ahead and he greaves for attention the most too, hopefully looking to see Bony and iheanacho as the two upfront when they play 4-4-2 cause they work together and they fit in well with that combo.

Aguero loved playing with Dzeko a lot of the time. They were our most successful and reciprocal partnership in a long while. Aguero and Negredo was a bit of flash in the pan due to Alvaro's form; for me though it's clear our best football, and Aguero's form a lot of the time has come from playing with a partner.

Bony proved nothing at Seville away. In the same way that Wayne Bridge proved nothing at Stamford Bridge in that victory. Average players who sometimes play above their means.

i am hoping we look for a wide forward goal-scorer like alexis sanchez who can come in at striker if need be because i want kelechi as our number two next season.

to bring in another number 9 who would likely go ahead of him in regards to choice selection would be unfair.

In Aguero's book he talks about how much he likes playing in a strike partnership, at least in his younger years but I doubt that has changed.

Aguero is much better with a partner, his best period for us was at the start of 13/14 with Negredo. It's a shame that the partnership with Kelechi hasn't been given more time this season.

As good as Kelechi has been it's difficult to see how Pep will accommodate him with all the other options he has. It's clear that he's ready to start games so I hope we are able to keep him for the next couple of years before he becomes a natural successor to Aguero.

Was re-watching some highlights of Kelechi and realised that one of the things I love about him is that he has such great balance and poise. I don't know enough about the mechanics of how sportspeople move, but he never seems awkward or ungainly. Always really balanced, really composed.

My thoughts exactly.

Sanchez, Griezmann, Aubameyang or Dybala.

Was nice to hear from Kelechi after the match on Saturday. And Joe Hart's interview was quite a nice insight in to how MP wanted Kelechi here. According to Joe, its down to MP's belief in the lad that he was brought here and he has kept him grounded. And there we all were jumping to ridiculous assumptions about favouritism. Who'd have thunk a manager knew a lot more than everyone on here.

I really miss Negredo, loved everything about him and it's really sad it didn't work out for him.

hopefully yesterday will be the last we see of Bony...im not sure of the stats but how many times did he touch the ball and do something effective with it????? It cant have ben many.

kelechi is head and shoulders above Bony (who should never ever wear the shirt again)

Im not sure whether it was MP or Txiix's decision to buy this guy but it was an extremely poor one and a lot of fans could see that last year so not to do something about that over the summer was a huge mistake......waiting for him to fit in was never ever going to work and lots of people could see that. He hasn't worked whether it be on his own upfront or in a partnership with the other two (intact when partnered with Aguero

Bony has started 13 league games. Irrespective of how poor he has been he hasn't really stopped Kelechi playing on more than a few occasions. Fact is now Kelechi is ahead in the pecking order and with his ability and promise that was always going to happen.
