Bayern fan entrance P last night

I’ve obviously no idea if he was telling the truth but a steward told me last season that 24 City season ticket holders had got life time bans for passing their tickets on to Madrid fans.
A lifetime ban for that is beyond excessive and I imagine it’s untrue. Something like this would’ve made social media / forums / the news.

That 1-1 draw v Celtic all those seasons back was awful. It went off all over the stadium. It’s the only time I’ve ever complained to City about anything as it ruined my night.

I was openly goaded several times and a steward burst out laughing when I told him.

Off topic, but still about Bayern.

Noticed a hell of a lot of coaches (the vehicular kind) outside the away end that were German. It's a long way to drive for a midweek game.... but probably a lot cheaper than flying etc.

Has anyone done a European away by coach? I guess Paris/Ajax etc wouldn't be too bad. But Munich is South Germany so not close.
did Dortmund this season by coach and it was better than I thought

Ticket selling agencies, basically touts.
Understand that but we have examples on this thread of Bayern fans in 133, 105, 217, CB Level 3 etc. If the club are giving tickets to agencies are they that random or is the system we use not as effective as we think it is.

The liverpool CL game a few years ago was really bad

Thankfully missed it. You mean the bus incident season?

I had to give up my Seasoncard around then and I’ve not had one since.

Get on fine with the Pool fans round here but at matches they really are something else…

It's not the club it is fans, some will be fake fans who get season tickets and cup schemes and that ticket will always be touted every game.

Saw something similar against Madrid last year, although the lad seemed quite offended at being asked to remove the RM shirt. I just don't understand the mentality - and it only happens in the CL - that people think it's ok to wear away colours openly in the home end. Is it stupidity, naivety, or just a 'f you' attitude?
The former in my opinion, Europeans are generally just very naive, again IMHO

On one hand I think it’s unlikely they’d be so harsh and even more unlikely I’d not have heard about it from any other source.

On the other hand, it would be an odd thing for him to just invent.
I had a season ticket which entitled me to a carer about five seasons ago. There was one game I didn't attend due to illness then two days later I got a call from the club informing me that my carer had attended that game but my card hadn't been scanned and therefor I was in breach of club T&Cs. I was told that if that happened again I'd have my season card blocked for the remainder of that season and possibly longer. That was the last time I'd let him keep it between games. That was in November.

I remember being in the north stand in the 3-3 draw at Maine Road in 1970. The stand had just had the roof put on and as a result a fair few of the lads had relocated there from the Kippax. Before that the rags used to gather in there on derby days. They didn't know this of course and when Mcllory scored they jumped up to celebrate and got twatted all over the place lol.
I was in the Platt Lane with my Grandad. I think it was 1971 and it was 63000 crowd (?) with the yet to be seated North Stand. Classic game.
