Bayern Munich (H) - CL QF | Post Match Thread

Bayern Munich boss Thomas Tuchel, speaking to Prime Video: "I think we deserved at least one goal and gave away one or two too many. I think our players were lacking a bit in confidence and form.

"Of course, the result is bitter for us. I fell in love with my team a little today, the way they performed. Even if sounds strange, that was a lot of fun."
He's got that freedom. No one gets fired in the first 4 weeks. He can say what the fuck he wants. Still, he's a ****. 1st class. (there's a lot of that going about)

Wow! what a win!

To a man, a brilliant team performance.

They are a very good team, the best we've played all season and they gave us a helluva game, in the first half especially.

But we have a different look and mentality about us this season and we know it!

What a team....WE LUV YOU CITY, WE DO, OH CITY, WE LUV YOU!

What a fucking team.

Every single one of the beautiful bastards stepped up to the plate tonight. Christ on a bike.

All of them won their individual battles but special mention to Bernie. Took the piss out of Davies and worked his socks off.

Love you, blues.

Tom Brady on news at ten cuts to 30 seconds report on lionesses friendly v aus, then straight on to the next item. Bitters gonna be bitter

On beeb good old Clive myrie did brilliantly to report so professionally, the actual sports correspondent usual London centric idiot. Doubt it'll be any different for Chels or Hammers, no doubt raggies will be reported on like second coming ;-)

just stuck Granada on, decent reporting on the result, refreshing change!

"Why Man u v Sevilla is the biggest game of the week."

well fucking done, this was a top class performance, in attack, workrate and defense. their keeper needed to pull off some top saves to keep it 3-0.

I do fucking hope we show another mature performance in Munich and also that Chelsea surprises Real. :)

Inter-Napoli or Inter-Milan in the semis on the other side of the draw.

I prefer Real. We'll give a similar pasting to them.

Outstanding.

Best defensive display in a long, long time too. From tackles, to blocks to clearances and passing the ball out. Ederson was very good too.

Nathan Ake has been wonderful this season.

Great, great performance by Grealish again. Worth every single penny now he’s settled, which we knew he would. Plays football with a smile on his face.

Again. Outstanding team performance
