In talks about extending his contract according to reports here in germany this morning.
Maybe look at the pictures in the next link... Germany is in the winter break and after 10 days holidays for the players around Xmas Bayern is now holding their winter training camp in Doha until January 9th. Then they will make a trip to India for a game against the indian national team and after that come back to Germany. Season starts again on January 20th.

He doesn't really look like somebody that is unhappy with his club and clubmates or somebody that is a loner...
He wants to prolong his contract - and Munich does. And each party knows what they get with each other.

I'd rather not have a disgraceful diving player in his decline who has a terrible injury record
Has only played 12 games this years in which he never was 100 percent - and has 8 scorers. But until now he was always fit in the second half of the season, then when it counts...
Last year: 19 games, 13 goals, 13 assists - 1,36 scorers per game
The year before: 46 games, 27 goals, 12 assists - 0,84 scorers per game
(the Netherland team is included)
There is not much players with statistics like this. And he never had statistics like that before, not for Chelsea, not for Real. A lot of the players in key positions would be glad if they would have the number of scorers if they'd took part in every game...
