Let you off then. I`ve lived in Munich for 7 years.

I used to live in Munich-Oberföhring then I moved just to the north east of Munich to the city of Landshut.
These days I'm living near Hannover up north.

They DESTROYED Hamburg 5-0 last week and it could literally have been 12-0. If the score had been 12-0 I don't think the staunchest Hamburg fan would have said it wasn't the right result!

In my case that's because I'm from Sheffield !
However I have lived in Germany since 1984, the first 11 years in and around Munich, been a club member since 1991 and season ticket holder since 1987.

Hence "bayern blade"! I thought you were just part of Bayern's firm!

A mate used to live in Landshut. I live in Haidhausen in the city center. Quality City and I am sure the City fans will have a great day out. Bayern will be tough to beat but I think we have the squad to do it.

Not sure how many real Bavarian`s are posting on this thread. Their written English is far too good.

Being born in Kassel I live in Munich for 35 years now. So I am no real Bavarian as well.
If you consider your trip to Munich as a scouting mission for may, we`ll meet three times in the next 9 months. I would really like that, because I am kind of bored watching Barca winning it all. I do like their style but its getting time that someone kicks catalonian asses :D

That's why it was so important for us to beat Zürich and qualify, the embarrassment of the final being at our ground and us not even making the tournament would have been terrible.

We managed that feat a couple of seasons ago. It's called "typical City" but we actually expect it to happen.

I know exactly what you mean mate, apart from following Bayern since moving over here I have also supported Sheffield United for over 40 years.
I know all about abject failure and wishing the season was over by the time we reach November.

Bayern are the favourites for the Champions League title.

They have the ultimate champions league players in Schweinsteiger, Robben, Neuer and Ribery. Robben master winger who knocked United out with a cool volley. Robben sinks a team from distance in a moment.
