I hope not to derail the thread, but frankly, that's quite odd. Even allowing for the doubtful idea of a "top ten of anti-Semitism" the BBC's "third place" is largely based on a tweet from a young Palestinian woman three years before she got a job at the BBC who was sacked when the tweet emerged (I'll not repeat her explanation for the circumstances of her tweet), linking that to what does seem unfounded misreporting of the recent bus incident in London, plus an interview where the Wiesenthal Center objects to the interviewer saying "if someone who is an apologist for Israel or Zionism, that should be delineated from Jewishness."I think you'll find third was....

And fifth in the top ten is an American anti-Zionist Jewish group against illegal occupation of Palestinian territory. The issue is that SWC does not want to dileneate between being critical of Israeli policy and anti-Semitism and (no. 1 in the top ten) threats to destroy Israel. (But then it must be 20 years since Terry Waite was astounded to be accused of anti-Semitism during a Radio 4 discussion for being critical of Israeli policy toward Palestinians, though he's got used to it now.)

Asked a friend in Canada if he was envious of the the UK having the BBC, he said the only thing he was envious of in the UK was fish & chips
