Unless I'm at the match or watching it in the boozer (neither of which I do that much these days) I always listen to matches on the City App, something I've posted on here a few times.Total agreement re the club app with Alister Mann and Brownie / Nicky Weaver / the Goat/ Big Andy and the best thing is there is no bias they call it as it is.
As you say all the above are very good to listen to. Big Andy is the best, he certainly tells it like it is, you could tell he was getting pretty frustrated with Bellingham's antics the other night against Real.
The likes of Neil Lennon, Kit Symons and Martin O'Neill, none of whom had particularly memorable spells at City have been on and are also good (Symons seems surprsingly v gracious considering the flak you used to get from the City fans) .
Some of the past and present womens team are sometimes on and SWP, Dickov, Steve Howey and Nedum are often in the studio too. I like the presenter who is a big blue who was in Cold Feet (who played a United fan In the series, which he said was the toughest bit of acting he's had to do apparently).
This all makes a refreshing change to the likes of ex 'City players' like Mills and Mcmanaman who clearly dislike us.
One of the best things imo is (obviously) they are pro City and want us to win, but are very objective. When we are shit they will say and will give credit where it's due to opposing teams/players, without resorting to the sneaky/snide bitterness that often comes with 'compliments' that come our way from the mainstream media.
