Bellamy to the Dippers

The facts are that Ade and Bellamy are back ups at best for us now and are not viewed by management as necessary to where we need to go and cannot play any role in assisting us from where we are right now to where we want to be.

Personally I think both players could still play a role for us but they have fallen out of favour big time with management at least with RM and when that happens there is no turning back.

You could view it as a weakness in his character and man management skill set but if we get the results I believe Mancini pays little regard to who or how as long as we get what he wants and what he believes the fans want and that is the premiership title and the Chumps League trophy in his tenure at the club.

No doubt he has his favourites and Bellamy and Ade push the envelope albeit in differing ways which Mancini finds it hard to tolerate.

Rightly or wrongly he rewards hard work on the training track and the right attitude in his eyes off the track.

Quality and skill and work ethic on match days run a close second.

I have no doubt that Bellamy's scrapes in night clubs have in part contributed to putting him in Mancini's sin bin and despite the shocking events that clearly had a major impact on Ade's life on and off the pitch something he has done or a series of events have meant a similar fate for Ade.

When you find out what makes Mancini tick you will understand why he manages and freezes out players in the manner he does.

No manager is perfect and all things to all players and you do need some flexibility and some players don't worry about who is in charge and whether they like them or not is irrelevant to them but some degree of mutual respect must exist of the relationship is doomed to fail and if Mancini is totally inflexible to the things that he will not tolerate at all times it will lead to his demise at some stage.

Managers' careers, like political ones, always end in failure. That doesn't mean he shouldn't be true to himself along the way.

Reading that reminded me so much of baconface, and how he dealt with transgressors such as McGrath, Whitreside and Sharpe.

No manager can be successful if he doesn't follow his vision.

He doesn't have to apologise for anything... he only needs to get results.

And, to date, he's way up on the deal...

No he doesn't. He has proved lately that all he is interested in is money. Plain and simple - he's a greedy ****.....end off!

I have said as much in another post but I would like to know why his version of events with regards to the likes of Ade and Bellamy soulboy.

He doesn't need to apologise but perhaps he can explain to those supporters who are interested why these players are no longer part of the future.

The reason could be as simple as he believes they are not good enough anymore or a series of transgressions has made their place in the squad untenable.

Its strange because whenever it happens to a player in the AFL over here in oz its the first question the media asks the coach as they are known here and the coach has no hesitation in answering.

Of course whether you actually believe the coaches version of events is another matter but at least you get to hear his story.
