I think he can defend. Given our coaching, tactics and players around him I'm sure of it.
Regarding the fortune, there was no way Danillo was worth what we got for him, and neither was what we paid for Cancelo. The player in exchange could artificially inflate the fees on both sides.

No from me. Mate is a big Leicester fan. Amazed they got £80m for slabbead. Said this will be just as good a deal if he goes for silly money.

I remember watching in a Youth Cup match years ago and he was easily one of the best on the pitch.
Always thought he'd become a good player and he's reached a decent level.
Only Pep knows if he can get more out of him and bring him to the standard required. I think he's more dependable than Mendy defensively, but he lacks attacking qualities and isn't worth that kind of money.

I think he’d be really good for us. Can defend and attack and is only 23.
I think a lot of people don’t rate him because he’s English. Same with players like walker, grealish even sterling at times

Anyone who watched him in the 2 matches against us last season would very much doubt he is a better defender than Mendy or Zink
