Enjoyed that. Didn't have an angle, just showed it how it is.

Im shocked Macca.

"You enjoyed" watching people in abject poverty. I was ashamed.

Jesus Christ, you'll try anything to get your bleeding heart point across. Give it a rest.

Did you enjoy it too?

What a fucking sad world we live in when idiotic fucks like yourself confuse common decency with "bleedin heart" liberalism.

And no I wont ever give it a rest fucking ever.

I wish you would. It's beyond parody.

I doubt she 'enjoyed' it in the sense of the word you so tactlessly potrayed, but you know that, and couldn't resist a dig at the expense of your self righteous beliefs.

That's correct. I 'enjoyed' the fact that none of the so called feckless and scroungers were actually unlikeable. In fact I thought it well done and am looking forward to hearing more of their stories. Maybe it will help those who don't deal with people in poverty to understand that every person has hopes and fears and that the stereotype is often far from the truth.

White Dee definitely gets it, tits like a cows udder

I like her. She's the don of the street.

I guess there is a comfort for the others that they can rely on her for advice, after society has completely washed their hands of them.

She reminds me of the Oracle, matrix style.

Society washed their hands of them? After the free housing, education, healthcare, social services, spending money etc you mean?

For the record I didn't enjoy it. I found it really sad that some people live like this in this country and I have no idea how we could fix it, if at all.

You will never see any of these people again unless they fall into mental illness or suicide. Empathy is the last priority of these shows.

Can any of our older posters enlighten me please...
Has society always had streets like this? I mean over the past 6 decades?
Or has this kind of thing grown over the last 20 years?
