Usually the spaniards hang out with the argentinians and brazillians, while the rest each have their own groups (british, balkans, etc). But with Mendy he just kinda mixes everyone in and I think it's great for the team. You look at Otamendi's instagram live and Mendy pops up there a lot of times. If you've seen his instagram live before the only people that shows up there is Kun. This might just be a small thing but I think it has a huge impact on the team morale.

We went through a period where we were trying to distance ourselves from the Balotelli and Tevez characters, in doing so we lost something that all good teams need.
