Just goes to show how fucking slow our fullbacks were in those games!

(he is fast, he just hasn't need to be yet)

His test will be against Chelsea.... if he can pin Moses/whoever plays rwb, then we'll be at the races, however we will hopefully see a bit more discipline. Anyway, after last year at home, we owe those fuckers a beating, it will virtually be the same set up as well, just with the fresher ingredients!!

agree. I think he's been coasting so far tbh, which is a fucking frightening thought. If he can outperform Chelsea and still stay in this gear, it's terrifying. If he needs to up it a notch, I think he has it easily to focus more.

A bit like Micah was back in the day in that regard, right now he knows his athleticism affords him the luxury of not giving 100% until he has to. We won't see it until we need to.

I'd agree that the Chelsea match will a big test though a lot will depend on how we setup whether its 4 or 3 and if it's a 3 then who plays left of the 3, hopefully not Otamendi.

Check the stats in the below link.

Mendy's biggest contribution so far was his excellent crosses that creates real chances, but he needs to improve other aspects of
the game.

Choose Mendy, Walker & Danilo and see how they are performing so far.

not having a dig at you tevezcity but i hate these types of pages full of stats.
Some people over analyse things. I leave all that kind of thing to the analysts and coaches at the club.

I hate it when we win and then someone says "oh we won but blah de blah only created 3 chances and had a pass success rate of 78% and missed 3 tackles and failed with 84% of take ons" Nothing personal against you Tevez or anybody else.

But too me As a fan, i just watch the games and judge our performances accordingly.
We are scoring for fun, so our forwards are doing well, we dominate possession and create chances galore, so our midfield is doing well, and we arent conceding many goals, so our defence is doing well.
We are getting wins and thats all i care about really, well that and no injuries or red cards! :-)

And this is fine when we are winning, but when we start losing, not so much.
