Well now it is down to estimating losses, then putting in the claims against the Crown Prosecution Services and the FA for City and Mendy.
Those pictures were horrific. Anyone who treats their partner like that is an abusive ****, and I sincerely wish them all the worst. No, there is never an excuse for physical violence towards your partner. I don't care what she did or said. The police decide whether to charge someone if they believe they have sufficient evidence, then the CPS decide whether to take it to court based on how likely they are to get a conviction.
All an alleged victim can do is choose whether to give a statement or not.

I don't see how that can be viewed as anything other than factual though. You're right about a lot of what the media does, but he's known in this country for being a City player and the allegations occured when he was a City player. As long as they continue to include the 'cleared' part there can be little complaint.
