Well he's at Terminal 3 in Dubai airport right now, so if anyone wants to do any detective work as to where those flights go...
 
Dubai to Manchester is an 8 hour flight... the time stamps on his IG story suggest he was on much longer flight... however you can post older media (up to 24 hours old) to an IG story, it doesn't have to be a photo or vid you just took/recorded
 
Wonder if Mendy and others are waiting on "loyalty" payment date of 1st July before moving.. Might explain why our targets are not in a hurry to be announced. Mendy(UAE) and Walker (Barcelona) relaxing on holiday at the moment until they get "the" call..

Definitely could be it. If it's true, then we see should see most of our signings to be done in the 1st July to 10th July period as our pre-season starts from 10th. This also aligns with an earlier bit of info provided by @mattyb where he said that he had been hired as a contractor for digital media related work starting 29th June. If there's a lot of signings within 10 days, City's in-house media dept definitely won't be able to handle it all.

With the greatest of respect to the poster you mentioned, if a digital media team had been outsourced by the club to complete work relating to a transfer, it's safe to assume they'd have to sign a NDA.

It would be pretty easy for the club to trace back to this thread who had been releasing information about incoming transfers, and it's pretty unlikely in my view that the club would choose an outsourced digital marketeer to release transfer news on Bluemoon.

As always, best to take things with a pinch of salt.

They won't sign until July 1st regardless if when it is agreed and announced so doubt it would make a difference

A loyalty payment after 1 year? That seems weird to me that they would have that in his contract.
