With the greatest of respect to the poster you mentioned, if a digital media team had been outsourced by the club to complete work relating to a transfer, it's safe to assume they'd have to sign a NDA.
It would be pretty easy for the club to trace back to this thread who had been releasing information about incoming transfers, and it's pretty unlikely in my view that the club would choose an outsourced digital marketeer to release transfer news on Bluemoon.
As always, best to take things with a pinch of salt.
If you are going to call @mattyb a liar have the guts to just say it. Lets face it...he didn't say a mate told him this or that. He flat out said his firm has been hired to do the shoots. Either he is lying or he isn't.
I personally am in the I believe him camp because if he is lying it will be quite obvious.

This - and actually without giving anything away - just we are going to be doing some work. Has also been when we have had a significant amount of change such as tier 3, badge change etc etc. He has never given any confidential information away at any point

Agreed - also having spent time with guys at The club since the take over, the information is VERY compartmentalised - even very senior people do not know the situation with transfers. And as stated NDAs are a powerful thing - if anyone thinks people from the club don't monitor BM for this sort of thing they are deluded at best - if any confidence was broken a contract would be lost at best at worst a heavy court case would be the game of the day
