the only issue that i have with pavard is that he is known to be a bit of a knob and was also complaining about not playing in the middle while at bayern. His physical and technical attributes are elite

Good point about the possibility of lots of departures and the refreshing of the squad. That definitely fits better with me because there is an expenditure and income working there. Not so sure about the penultimate season, there is nowhere better in world football for him to be and he he is still young enough to give the club game 10 more years. He loves to beat a record so I’m sure he will have Fergie’s 13 EPL titles in his line of sight!This is precisely the summer to go big though. Lots of departures, need to refresh the squad after winning it all and the penultimate season to use Pep’s pull to bring in certain names.
