benjani is shocking OUT or in?

He'll always be a reserve player, and he's not bad backup. Decent feet. Didn't get much service today to be fair to him.

We're obviously short on the ground but today was about assessing the rest of the squad.

Out.

He doesn't deserve to be stuck on the bench week in week out, he deserves to be at a club where he'll play virtually every game...pompey, bolton, hull etc...

Forever a City legend though, good luck Benji lad ;)

Out for me, thought he was the worse player on the pitch. I am surprised he did not get frost bite!!!!!!

What is your oppinion?

My opinion is:

1) You can't spell
2) You're shocking. We win 1-0 away and instead of starting a thread to praise the win you start one slagging off the player who scored the winner. Some fans are never happy.

It amazes me how some players avoid flack (ireland) for some dire performances and others like benjani get slated after 1 game after prolonged injury break and lack of football action. Yet he is expected to perform like straight away! His movement and shot for the goal, showed how handy he can be! Give him a break, we need to back up at the moment !

He was absolutely dog shit today, he needs 5 yards of room for a his touch, not being funny but i actually have a better first touch than benjani and he's a professional footballer.

BUT he was asked to come in and do a job and he scored a good goal with a lovely finish and it put us through to the 4th round and that's the important thing, so well done, he had a bad game and probably not full on confidence but put his first and only chance away first time,

Might have been his only first game but we saw him last season and one before he had alot of games and he hardly did anything apart from fall over, he scored at OT and that's all i can recall, i really don't see him having any future at the club at all.
