They haven't got the money. The last thing I am, after the Tevez affair, is worried about United's capacity to snatch our targets for themselves. And even if Fergie wasn't restricted by budget consideration, he isn't stupid enough to go after a player just to get back at City. He will have his own ideas about who to bring in and he will not be influenced one iota by who City are attempting to sign.

Real Madrid are getting a bit ridiculous now, I know that what they're doing is kicking Utd in the nuts, but, £35 million for Benzema. What has he done to boast a price tag of that?
