Mate, that's pretty much the core principle of the training we receive in work. Whatever you say - someone has every right to be offended by it. Whatever you wear, someone has the right to be offended by it. If you say nothing at all, someone has the right to be offended by it. The desperate need for compensation / right to be offended is enshrined in Legislation and leaves most of us sitting in bewilderment and shaking our heads in disbelief.
