Chris Rocks humor(see what i did there?) is aimed at black people.It's about black people mainly because he is black.
Mannings humour(i've done it again) was aimed at white working class people because he was white and working class.It is also about black people.
Spot the difference.
Don't find either of them funny but then i suppose the humour is not aimed at me,being neither black nor working class.

I don't condone racism but, Bernard was paid to tell jokes. A joke is a joke, it doesn't mean anything. Just look at the interview at the begining....he had pakistani friends whom enjoyed his jokes. What i say if people don't like these sort of jokes don't listen to them.
