It’s written as a patchwork of short quotes without context, though two things seem to be implied: certain players have not put their bodies on the line this season, and certain players have been bought who might not be of the required standard.

Yeah for me too.. I think that says he is unable to do anything to motivate them.

So he's made his feelings felt.. and feels he's off the hook as it's not his call anymore.

Bernardo's legs might have gone but his heart and hunger is still there. Which is why I think Pep will want to keep him around to teach the young ones.. dunno if the higher ups will go for it though.
